About time, right? I've been really busy procrastinating, OK? 
It's important work that's gotta get done.
It's important work that's gotta get done.Anyhow, boxes with arrows mark the character arc, and everything else is the chain of events that makes the arc possible. Lots of details and a subplot or two were left out for simplicity. This is the main gist of it though.
I used a little program called Scapple, which is made by the same people who make Scrivener.
Thoughts? How do you plot? Ever done anything resembling this method?

Very interesting concept and a great outline. Honestly this is how my outlines read, but certainly not what they look like. Mine are just bullet points in a word document, but this method allows you to literally see the character arc, making the journey a little more feasible. It's akin to having an actual map as opposed to just having step by step driving instructions written on a piece of scrap paper that relies on landmarks and street names.
